What’s changed

Our Privacy Policy incorporates our Cookie Policy and we have updated both to better align to the laws applicable in the United States, where we will soon be launching! We have also made some additional improvements to wording, to facilitate clearer understanding of how we process data. Specifically:

• Website tracking: To clarify in Part 1 that we do not associate your website browsing with any account logins or webforms, but purely the relevant IP address. We’ve also improved the related Cookie Policy wording for clarity.
• Communications with Beam: We’ve essentially duplicated the ‘People who Contact Beam’ paragraph such that it appears both in the Part 2 Table and within Part 5 (so as not to be missed by anyone)
• Automated decisions: To confirm that we don’t do any automated profiling in order to make significant decisions about you;
• Age limits: To confirm that, if we become aware of holding data about people below the age limit for our service, we will delete such data 
• Your rights: To expand on the rights you have in relation to your personal data and to specify the data protection authorities in the US States we plan to operate in
