[15 February 2023] Beam Mobility Malaysia, the leading e-scooter sharing service provider in Malaysia, is excited to announce that we are now available in the City of Elmina. Located in Shah Alam, Selangor, the City of Elmina is a 5,000-acre integrated township along the rapidly growing Guthrie Corridor. It is Beam’s third operating area within the Shah Alam City Council’s jurisdiction after Section 14 (Shah Alam City Centre) and Section 7.

This comes after a successful participation in the City of Elmina's New Year Eve Festival to celebrate their 50th anniversary. During the event, Beam provided 200 fleet of e-scooters at Elmina Central Park, which has a route of 4.5km, to help participants get around the area easily and experience all the fun and games they had to offer. The Beam e-scooters received a lot of attention during the event, and due to popular demand, Beam is now operating in the City of Elmina.

With the new service, residents of the City of Elmina can now enjoy the convenience of getting around the park easily and comfortably with Beam e-scooters. Whether it is to get to the attractions of the park or to take a leisurely ride with friends and family, Beam's e-scooters are the perfect solution for first and last-mile transportation.
